  • Money transaction: Apple/Google handles all money transactions on the store. Please contact directly to them to get your issue resolved
  • Language support on App Store: Apple use their algorithm to write the language support part for any app on the App store. We have no way to override this. This might cause some misunderstading for you. Currently, we fully support English and partialy support several popular languages
  • Get premium upgrades on multiple devices: Please sign in the same account on your devices, find any In App Purchase in the app. Then, tap on the restore button
  • Get the previous purchases after reinstalling: Please sign in the same account on your devices, find any In App Purchase (Premum Upgrade, Go Pro, Advanced Feature...). Then, tap on the restore button
  • Purchase list: You can remove item on the purchase list by yourself with Google Play Store. on the App Store, we have no right to remove this for you. Please contact Apple Support
